The input of notifying conditions of which the notification is desired regarding numerical items in the financial information data 74 is accepted and stored as notifying condition data 73 by every customer from a client terminal 5a via the Internet 4. Input of one or more electronic mail addresses to be a notifying destination of the notification, an application date and time zone by every notifying destination is accepted and stored as date and time zone/notifying destination data 8.
