At least one row of an annular groove 112 is formed on each side of the base material and the splicing plate mutually contacted so that a shearing ring 10 inserted into the annular grooves on the base material and the splicing plate together with the bolt and nut provides the joining structure of the steel material to prevent the slip of the base material and the splicing plate.
