PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a joint structure of a base material to a splicing plate or a plate to a plate, on which, using a bolt and a shearing ring, a shearing force is able to act, to improve construction workability, to economize materials and to improve joining strength and durability. PSOLUTION: Bolt holes 111 are formed in a plurality of base materials and splicing plates which are superposed on each other, secured and jointed. Through the bolt holes in the splicing plate and the base material, the splicing plate and the base material are secured with a bolt 30 and a nut 31. At least one row of an annular groove 112 is formed on each side of the base material and the splicing plate mutually contacted so that a shearing ring 10 inserted into the annular grooves on the base material and the splicing plate together with the bolt and nut provides the joining structure of the steel material to prevent the slip of the base material and the splicing plate.
