PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure cathode corrosion-protection data without making an inspector go to a cathode corrosion-protection facility, and to successively measure the cathode corrosion-protection data.;SOLUTION: An anode terminal 11a of a rectifier 10a of the cathode corrosion-protection facility 1a is connected to an external electrode 13, a cathode terminal 11b is connected to a buried tube P1, and a collation terminal 11c is connected to a collation electrode 14. A data measurement device 20a measures presence or absence of the supply of AC power to the rectifier 10a, and measures a supply voltage Vdc, a supply current Idc, and a tube-to-ground electrical potential Vpe, at a prescribed time interval. The data measurement device 20a obtains respective mean values, the maximum values, and the times at which the measurements are performed, for the supply voltage Vdc, the supply current Idc, and the tube-to-ground electrical potential Vpe, obtains the minimum values and the times at which the measurements are performed, and provides them to a data reading computer 21.
