PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design method for an oscillating type parts feeder inhibiting reduction of part feed ability caused by unrequired oscillation from a frame and capable of making variation of a feed position of the part to a desired value or less.;SOLUTION: The part conveying device is provided with an oscillation inhibition spring for inhibiting at least oscillation against a vertical direction between a base arranged with a parts feeder body and a frame for retaining the base. Oscillation frequency f (Hz) of the parts feeder body, spring constant K (N/m) of the oscillation inhibition spring, total mass M (kg) applied to the oscillation inhibition spring, the maximum mass fluctuation amount ΔM (kg) applied to the vibration inhibition spring, expected external force F (N) applied to the vibration inhibition spring and gravitational acceleration (m/s2) are designed so as to satisfy numerical formula 1 and numerical formula 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
