NOISE INSULATION DEVICE FOR OSCILLATING TYPE PARTS FEEDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insulate noise from an oscillating type parts feeder effectively by covering the side periphery of the parts feeder with a noise insulation panel, and its top opening with a plurality of opening/closing transparent plates. ;SOLUTION: A plurality of noise insulation panels 9 where a noise insulation member is stuck on the inner surface of a steel plate is fitted onto a side part frame body 8 surrounding a parts feeder 4. A narrow supporting flanges 11 are fitted in series at the lower end of a top frame body 10 fixed onto a top opening in the parts feeder 4. The first transparent plate 12 constituted of acryl or the like, for example is fitted at a large opening in the middle of the top frame body 10, and at a small opening around the first transparent plate, the second transparent plate 13 is fitted. Both of them are supported on supporting flanges 11. The parts feeder 4 is totally-covered with the noise insulation panel 9 surrounding its periphery and the first and second transparent plates 12, 13 which close its top surface, thus it is possible to largely-restrain metallic noise generated at the time of operating the parts feeder 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
