PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively fabricate an airbag door 5 having an airbag door section 17 which is reliably opened upon activation of an airbag device 42, securing the strength of an instrument panel main body 1.;SOLUTION: A back-up plate 20 integrally connected to the bottom face of the door section 17, a frame body 22 which is provided with the airbag device 42 arranged inside and integrally connected to the bottom face of the instrument panel body 1, a hinge section 24 connecting the back-up plate 20 and the frame body 22 are integrally formed. The base end 20a of the back-up plate 20 is integrally connected to the frame body 22 via the hinge section 24, and an extreme end 20b detachably abuts against a top-side end face 34 of the frame body 22. The back-up plate 20 and frame body 22 are molded so that the extreme end 20b of the back-up plate 20 is spaced apart from the top-side end face 34 of the frame body 22 by a predetermined distance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
