PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for relay service of a marriage ceremony adaptive and advantageous to a business enterprise in the case of carrying out the relay service of marriage ceremonies by utilizing the Internet broadcast as the business and to provide a system applied to the execution of the service method.;SOLUTION: A server apparatus 10 installed under the management of the marriage ceremony relay service enterprise temporarily stores video data of video images of a state of a marriage ceremony picked up by a camera apparatus 50. The state of the marriage ceremony together with information for commercial advertisement is distributed in a form of multi-windows through the Internet broadcast utilizing the streaming distribution on the basis of video data stored in the sever apparatus 10.
