PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically synchronize the attributes of a password or the like by specifying a user account to be synchronized according to the intended attributes of a user without depending on any directory structure or the naming rule of a user name. PSOLUTION: The attribute changing operation of a user account in a synchronization origin directory service is monitored. At the time of detecting a changing operation, matched attributes matched between the origin of synchronization and the destination of synchronization are designated and transmitted with respect to a synchronization destination directory service preliminarily registered in the synchronization origin directory service, and whether the user account of the attributes matched with the matched attributes is registered is retrieved. When the user account of the matched attributes is registered, the attribute change contents of the user account in the synchronization origin directory service are transmitted to the synchronization destination directory service, and the attributes of the user account having the matched attributes in the synchronization destination directory service are changed.
