PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems, such as the special structure of a plastic film bag, high cost, and complicated handlings, of a conventional structure for using a culture medium in an air-permeable and sterilized bag having a special structure, inoculating the culture medium with the spawns of a mushroom and then culturing the spawns, thus stimulating the spreading of the hyphae and the formation of the anlagen and comprehensively shortening a culture period to improve the efficiency of the culture, wherein the shortening of the culture period is furthermore desired, because about one month is still needed, although the period is shortened, and further to solve the problems, such as the specific structures of bar spawns, high cost, complicated handlings, and the lack of generality, of a proposed simplified culture method using a bag. SOLUTION: This system for inoculating the mushroom, comprising charging and sealing many toothpicks 3 in a sterilized air-permeable bag 1, inserting a fruit body piece 4 to inoculate the fungi of the mushroom, and then culturing the mushroom. Thereby, the mushroom can be produced in an extremely short period. The mushroom can simply and surely be produced.
