PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody molded base material, its molding material, and a manufacture of the woody molded base material using the molding material. ;SOLUTION: For molding materials of the woody molded base material, an intermediate core layer 1 composed of woody fiber and thermoplastic resin fiber layers 2, 2 annexed along its both surfaces are, in a mat state, integrally bonded in a thermoplastic resin fiber crosslinked part 3 processed with pincushion over front and rear both surfaces. For the woody molded base material, thermoplastic resin surface, skin layers 2b, 2b are laminated on both surfaces of a core plate 1b in which woody fiber is compressed by using the molding material 5, and the resin surface skin layers 2b, 2b are integrated in cooperation therewith in many thermoplastic resin crosslinked parts 3b.
