An example of the polyisocyanate (B) is isophorone diisocyanate. The ultraviolet absorber (C) is a bisbenzotriazole-type one represented by the formula (wherein R1 and R2 are each H or 1-10C alkyl; n and n' are each 4-8; and m and m' are each 1-20). Ingredient C is added in an amt. of 2-40 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. ingredient A. The ratio of the number of hydroxyl groups of ingredient A to the number of isocyanate groups of ingredient B is set at (1/0.01)-(1/1).
