PURPOSE: To provide a material excellent in water repellency, resistance to corrosion and snow sticking, weatherability and lubricity. ;CONSTITUTION: The material can be obtained by homogeneously incorporating (A) fluorographite powder ≤3wt.% in unbound fluorine content and ≤8μm in particle diameter in (B) a resin (mixture) composed of at least one kind of resin among acrylic silicone resins, acrylic resins, polyester resins, epoxy resins, fluororesins and urethane resins so as to be 1-70vol.% for said powder followed by pressing the resultant blend at a pressure of ≥100Kg/cm2 and baking it at a temperature not higher than 1.2 times the melting point (in terms of absolute temperature) of the resin (mixture) but not lower than the heat distortion temperature thereof.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
