PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-circulation type liquid helium recondensing system which enables circulating of a vaporized helium gas from a liquid helium storage tank to the tank again for utilization in a liquid helium recondensing apparatus.;SOLUTION: There are arranged a liquid helium storage tank 1, a line for recovering a high temperature helium gas vaporized in the storage tank, a refrigerating unit 5 equipped with a heat exchanger 6 for cooling the high temperature helium gas supplied from the line down to a cryogenic level and a heat exchanger 7 for liquefying the gas, a line which allows supplying of the helium gas cooled down to the cryogenic level by the refrigerating unit 5 directly to the liquid helium storage tank 1, and a line to supply the liquid helium liquefied by the refrigerating unit 5 to the liquid helium storage tank 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
