PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high-quality products by stabilizing the injection speed when diecast products are produced from molten metal with high viscosity. ;SOLUTION: This equipment is equipped with an opening/closing valve 43 to open/close a passage 41 to discharge operating oil from a boosting cylinder unit 20, and a flow control valve 45 for the boosting cylinder to control the flow of the operating oil discharged from the boosting cylinder unit 20 through the passage 42. When the molten metal with high viscosity is filled into a casting mold, a flow control valve 17 for the injection cylinder to control an injection piston 15 is driven in a condition that the passage 41 is closed by the opening/closing valve 43 and the passage 42 is closed by the control valve 45. Subsequently, the control valve 45 is operated and the operating oil controlled in speed and position as program-set is discharged from the boosting cylinder unit 20. While the boosting operating is carried out, the operating oil is discharged from the boosting cylinder unit 20 and no improper change in injection speed will be caused.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
