Moreover, a determining data acquiring means S17 for obtaining life determining data corresponding to a discharge current when the discharge current is determined to be within the life determining range in the range determining process and a battery life determining process S20 for comparing a discharge voltage and life determining data measured in the measuring process and determining the battery life when the discharge voltage is smaller than the life determining data are also comprised.
