P To provide a method for measuring a life of a vibration electronic component in electronic components capable of conveniently measuring a life by the vibration fatigue of an electronic component without an effect to the electronic component. PSOLUTION: The method for measuring a life of a vibration electronic component 9 in electronic components includes steps repeatedly performing vibration tests with vibration conditions varied until the electronic component reaches the end of a vibration fatigue life thereof with a substrate 11 with an electronic component 9 mounted thereon as a specimen and making a database of the correlation between a strain amount of the substrate 11 and a vibration fatigue life and measuring the strain amount of the substrate 11 in the electronic component 9 at a position near the electronic component 9 mounted to a product by a strain gauge 13, and estimating the vibration fatigue life of the electronic component 9 from the database based ON the measured strain amount.
