PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sintered ore having low SiO2 content, high reducibility and high productivity, with which the low silicon operation in a blast furnace accompanied with injection of a large quantity of pulverized fine coals is executed. ;SOLUTION: In the sintered ore obtd. by sintering blended raw material having 30 wt.% ratio of the grain of ≤0.125 mm grain diameter, SiO2 content is made to ≤4.8 wt.% and FeO content is made to ≤6.0 wt.%. This producing method, with which after primarily granulating the blended raw material, solid fuel powder is added to this primary granulated material and secondary granulation is executed to make pseudo grain coated with the solid fuel powder, and this pseudo grain is charged on a pallet in a sintering machine so that the lower side of the height direction of the raw material charging layer in the grain size distribution of the pseudo grain is larger grain size than that of the upper layer side and sintered.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
