PURPOSE: To provide a bonding device having the capability of easily maintaining the flatness of the pressing side of a presser tool, and ensuring the high durability of the tool. ;CONSTITUTION: This bonding device is equipped with a presser tool 4 having a pressing side 4a faced to a pressed surface S, a presser tool drive mechanism 10 for pressing the tool 4 in a direction N perpendicular to the pressing side 4a, a filament body 6 coming in pressed contact between the side 4a and the surface S when the tool 4 is at a position for pressing the surface S, and a filament body feed mechanism 20 for feeding the filament body 6 along the pressed surface S.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
