PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pronounced plant-growing effect over a long time by utilizing a porous nature of coconut shell activated charcoal showing a soil- conditioning effect and enabling adsorption of silk amino acids by the activated charcoal. PSOLUTION: A silk amino acid powder is dissolved in an optimum amount of water to obtain a solution, and the coconut shell activated charcoal is soaked into the solution for adsorbing the silk amino acids.
