PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate a size error of a panel body made of glass in a sliding roof device and mount an elastic seal member on a panel body reliably with excellent appearance. SOLUTION: A molding member 5 made of a resin is fixed in a state so as to surround the outer peripheral part of a panel body 4 made of glass, and an elastic member 6 making contact with the inner peripheral part of the opening of a roof is fixed on the outer peripheral part of the molding member 5. A holder 7 made of a metal is fixed on the under surface of the outer peripheral part of the panel body 4, and the elastic seal member 6 is locked by the lock part 71 folded in an up state of the holder 7. Since, even when a size error occurs on the panel body 4, through regulation of the width of the molding member 5, the size error of the panel body 5 is absorbed, the elastic seal member 6 is not only reliably securely adhered to the outer peripheral part of the molding member 5, but also decreases the width of the elastic seal member 6 to improve appearance.
