PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent clogging in cutting tools by arranging a nozzle for spraying a pressure fluid to cutting tools directed toward a pulverizing drum when the cutting tools move the upper half portion of the pulverizing drum. ;SOLUTION: Two pairs of pulverizing drums 2 having cutting tools are attached to a chassis 1 and supported by a core 3, and a suction element 4 having an orifice is arranged between the pulverizing drums 2 at a lower portion of the chassis 1. And when an excavating apparatus operates, pressure water is supplied to a center duct of the suction element 4, and the pulverizing drum 2 is rotated. In addition, the jet of pressure water is sprayed from a nozzle 6 to the top of the cutting tools of the pulverizing drum 2, thereby removing excavated material from the cutting tools and discharging it by sucking from the orifice of the sucking element 4 by a pump.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
