PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately obtain a distance between points and, based on the accurate distance, assess a charge in accordance with a specified calculation method after supposing charges in a wide field such as a business trip charge, traveling expenses, and particularly a medical payment entered into a receipt by a finger pressure therapist. PSOLUTION: This charge assessment method comprises the steps of receiving position information, calculating a distance between the points based on the position information, and based on the distance, calculating a charge in accordance with a specified calculation method, or receiving the position information beforehand, providing a specific name to the information and storing the name, receiving the name and based on the name, calculating the distance between the points, and based on the distance, calculating the charge in accordance with a specified calculation method.
