PURPOSE: To measure liquid to be measured in a vessel having no pressure resistance, such as a paper vessel, in the state without contact with the atmosphere. ;CONSTITUTION: A dissolved oxygen concentration measuring apparatus measures the concentration of oxygen dissolved in liquid to be measured sealingly packaged in a vessel, and comprises a sampling tube 4 inserted into both a paper vessel 14 and liquid F to be measured, an oxygen sensor 2 connected to the tube 4 in contact with the liquid F to measure the oxygen concentration therein, and a pump 7 disposed in the tube 4 to introduce the liquid F into the tube 4. The vessel 4 is held in a low-oxygen atmosphere by a chamber 13 for replacing the interior with inert gas.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
