PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outfitting bag containing a wood vinegar-containing powder, making the wood vinegar-containing powder easily attached to and detached from a predetermined part of the human body or a pet's body. PSOLUTION: This outfitting bag containing the wood vinegar-containing powder is given by forming a bag having stretchability into a band-like article in such a manner that the band-like article is wound around the human body or the pet's body and one side of the article facing to the body has air permeability, feeding the article with the wood vinegar- containing powder, and sealing the article. Or the outfitting bag is given by forming the bag having stretchability into another band-like article in such a manner that the band-like article is wound around the human body or the pet's body and a pocket of which the side facing to the body has air permeability is formed on the article, and receiving an air-permeable bag into which the wood vinegar-containing powder is fed in the pocket. The band-like article for receiving the outfitting bag containing the wood vinegar-containing powder is given by forming the bag having stretchability into the band-like article in such a manner that the band-like article is wound around the human body or the pet's body, the pocket of which the side facing to the body has air permeability is formed on the article, and the air-permeable bag into which the wood vinegar-containing powder is fed is received in the pocket.
