PURPOSE: To disperse wooden dust uniformly by limiting a moisture content within a range of a specific wt.% or less, then mixing a specific wt.% range of a thermoplastic resin molding material with a specific range of wt.% of crushed cellulose material with a specific average particulate diameter, then kneading the mixture for gelation and lyophilzing the gel and finaly finelly crushing it within a specific particulate range. ;CONSTITUTION: In order to reduce the friction drag of wooden dust at the time of kneading for gelation, the wooden dust is made granular or pulverized ranging from an average particulate diameter of 5 to 15. Further, a pyroligneous acid gas generated at the time of gelation kneading and molding is dispersed by evaporation and the generation of vapor or bubbles is minimized. Further, the moisture content is limited within a range of 15wt.% or less so that the surface of a molding is prevented from becoming roughened. A crushed cellulose material such as wooden dust which is equal to 20 to 75wt.% of the total amount of raw material used for the manufacture of fine particulate wooden synthetic powder, is mixed with the 25 to 80wt.% of thermoplastic resin molding material.
