PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide underwear covering the region ranging from the lower belly to the hips of a wearer, and preventing the hem of the underwear from sliding or creeping up. ;SOLUTION: The underwear is formed so as to cover the lower half of the body, the lower belly part and the hips, has a cylindrically formed hem tapered off from the largest girth of the hips toward the lower part thereof, and is structured so that the length of the hem reaches, at most, to the lower part of the hips.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
