PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bind stably by forming a conical shape in binding a binding clip always in a fixed direction and by always keeping a leg piece crossing amount constant. ;SOLUTION: Leg pieces 7a on both sides of a binding clip 7 are raised for forming the clip 7 in a wholly curved condition, and both leg pieces 7a are crossed making an arc. On two holding plates 20, 21 which open and close sideways making an arc, holding parts 30, 31 for holding the leg pieces 7a of the clip 7 are provided, and the holding plates 20, 21 connectedly touch the feeding passage 11 of the clip 7 diagonally standing relative to the passage 11. After the clip 7 is curved toward the front side be the leg pieces 7a of the clip 7 held by the holding parts 30, 31, the two plates 20, 21 are closed for the leg pieces 7a to come closer making an arc and to cross.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
