PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste plastic treatment and fuel cell power generation system capable of increasing the efficiency of the operation of the entire system. PSOLUTION: This waste plastic treatment and fuel cell power generation system comprises a fuel cell power generation device A and a waste plastic treatment device B. The waste plastic treatment device B comprises a thermal decomposition device 31 for thermally decomposing waste plastic and a decomposition oil drum 32 for condensing oil vapor produced from the thermal decomposition device 31. Light gaseous component discharged from the decomposition oil drum 32 is fed to the fuel cell power generation device A after being fed to a light gaseous component buffer tank 35.
