The invention relates to the sports devices and technologies and may be used for enhancement of the efficiency and acceleration of the training process. It is proposed a training device for repulsion motive skill formation, containing a platform, onto the surface of which there are installed a support with a seat-back rigidly fixed thereto, a bearer, articulately fixed to the platform and the support, and bearing plates, the support and the bearing plates being articulately fixed to the platform and with the possibility of longitudinal displacement. The method of repulsion motive skill formation consists in the multiple repetition of physical exercises, including the momentum phase and the repulsion phase, the momentum phase being carried out by the horizontal displacement of the device, onto which the sportsman is in the position determined by the support and by the bearing plates of the device, and the repulsion is carried out at the device stop moment. The result of the invention consists in the precise fixation of the body correct position during repulsion according to certain preliminarily calculated parameters, in the formation of certain stable motive skills and in the reduction of the training traumatism.
