The invention relates to the field of sports devices and technologies and may be used for increasing the efficiency and accelerating the training process. It is proposed a training device for repulsion motive skills formation, containing a platform, onto the surface of which there are installed a support with a back rigidly fixed thereto, a bearer, articulately fixed to the platform and the support, and bearing plates the support and the bearing plates being articulately fixed to the platform and with the possibility of longitudinal displacement. The method of repulsion motive skills formation consists in the multiple repetition of physical exercises, including the momentum phase and the repulsion phase, using with that the said device, the momentum phase being passively carried out by horizontal displacement of the device, onto which the sportsman is installed, the position of which is fixed with the support and the bearing plates of the device and the repulsion is produced at the device stopping moment.The result of the invention consists in the accurate fixation of the body correct position at the repulsion according to preliminarily calculated certain parameters, in the formation of certain stable motive skills and reduction of training traumatism.Claims: 2Fig.: 1
