The riding breeches set has seat padding constructed differently depending upon a predetermined sitting angle, whereby with breeches for a flat sitting angle (alpha ) an additional padding is provided in the forward region of the breeches in addition to the padding for the seat bones, while with breeches for a steep angle (alpha ) the padding in the seat bones region is reinforced. For angles of 0-30 degrees the padding extends in unit thicknesses from the seat bone region as far as the forward region and consists of a comparatively rigid material, while for angles of 30-60 degrees the padding extends from the front to the rear region and is shock absorbing in the seat bone region.
