The method for preparing the autodermal grafts for the reconstructive surgery of the ligaments of locomotor system consists in cutting the dermal flap in a shape of a band. Then the flap is separated from epidermis and subcutaneous fat and placed into the mixture containing novocaine, the antibiotic of the broad spectrum, and glucocorticoid. In addition, the flap is mechanically longitudinally stretched.
