The invention relates to surgical instrumentation (1) including an ancillary positioning instrument (30) for making a tunnel through the femur (F) for receiving a first of two bundles for a graft. Said ancillary positioning instrument comprises an elongate body (31), the distal portion (35) of which is provided, on the free end thereof, with a head (36) to be inserted into another tunnel (F1) made beforehand through the femur for receiving the second bundle of the graft.
