The device has a push unit (2) for generating the displacement of tibia, and for pushing an upper posterior surface of calf. A tibia displacement transducer (13) measures the translation of tibia with respect to femur, and is positioned on an upper anterior surface of tibia and on anterior tibial tuberosity. Diodes (14) are located above the transducer. A foot receiving patch (1) is mounted on a support in its axis in a sliding manner. The transducer is fixed on a clasp bar mounted on the support in a sliding manner.
