The proposed method for determining wilt-resistant sorts of mulberry by the dimensions of wood elements differs in that operations are accomplished for selecting the wood samples in the root neck section, in the autumn and spring parts of the yearly layer, softening the samples by boiling in water for an hour, and placing the samples into mix of alcohol and glycerin with a component content ratio of 1:1.
