The method for the surgical treatment of the mandibular fractures with bone tissue defect provides for the access to the fracture site, the treatment of the bone wound, the removal of non-viable tissues, the refreshment of the sclerotized ends of the fragments, the reposition and the fixation of the bone fragments using the titanium mesh, the filling of the bone tissue defect with the osteoplastic material, the layer-by-layer suturing of the wound.
