The proposed method for testing the parameters that characterize the quality of a solar cell from gallium arsenide implies determining the current-voltage characteristics of the element with illumination. The method consists in additionally exposing the solar element to electron flux and determining the changes of the current-voltage characteristicparameters resulting from the action of the electron flux.
