Procedure for removing cork oak in sheets, comprising: performing in the bark, at least one cut in the vertical direction and at least another in the horizontal direction, to define the area or cork board to release; the cuts are made with a tool having a width of minimum but required to engage and position correctly in the vertical cut end of each of the arms of scissors by means of which it is pressed onto the inner side of the vertical section cut producing the detachment of the plate delimited between two consecutive vertical cuts.
