The present invention relates to an improved rig exercise, to perform muscle stretching and breathing exercises, of the type comprising a bench equipped with connecting rods and bars to support on the ground, including a rear portion and a bottom, provided for defining a seating region and a support for the user's legs. The back and bottom portions are hinged at their adjacent sides to said bars bearing on the ground, to control rotation about a horizontal rotational axis, and to change the angle of the seat back relative to the lower portion and to change the inclination of the rear and lower portions with respect to the ground.
