The Bacillus thuringiensis strain with multiple Cry Toxica genes comprises the HU04-2 strain combating Helicoverpa armigera, Spodoptera exigua, S.littoralis and S.frugiperda simultaneously. The mutants derived from HU04-2 and the genes which can be transferred to other microorganisms are also applicable in this connection.
