A compound of ** formula ** or one of its salts in which Y represents a chemical bond, or a union of methylene (CH2), carbonyl (C = O), thiocarbonyl (C = S) or amide (CONH or NHCO ); Z represents an optionally substituted aryl, heteroaryl or heteroaryl-C 1-6 alkyl group, or a group of the formula -NR1R2; R1 and R2, independently, represent hydrogen, hydrocarbon or a heterocyclic group; or R1 and R2, together with the nitrogen atom involved, represent an optionally substituted heterocyclic ring selected from azetidinyl, pyrrolidinyl, piperidinyl, piperazinyl, morpholinyl and thiomorpholinyl; and R3 represents an aryl or heteroaryl group, any of which may be optionally substituted.
