KIT FOR THE THERAPY OF CAPITAL AND SUBCAPITAL HUMERUS FRACTURES AND HUMERUS HEAD PROSTHESES

A kit for the therapy of capital and subcapital humerus fractures comprises at least one intramedullary nail shaft (1) with at least one transverse drilling (13, 14), for at least one corresponding support screw (23, 23'), for supporting capital and/or subcapital humerus fractures, at least one head cap (4), for fixing to the proximal end of the nail shaft (1) which is fixable against the nail shaft (1) by means of a moulding (43), embodied as a humerus prosthesis joint head, at least one connection means (51), for connecting each head cap (4) to the nail shaft (1), at least one support screw (23, 23') and at least one locking screw (33). Each nail shaft (1) in the kit is also embodied for connection to the at least one head cap (4) which is fixable against the nail shaft (1) and is in the kit, at the proximal end thereof in the region of at least one support transverse through drilling (13, 13'). A modular humerus head prosthesis (7) comprises a shaft (1), which is the one-piece component of an intramedullary nail osteosynthesis device, whereby the nail shaft (1) of the intramedullary nail is embodied with at least one transverse through drilling (13, 13', 14) for a corresponding support screw (23, 23') for supporting capital and/or subcapital humerus fractures.
