A fish boning tool characterized by being composed of a pair of spatulas adapted to be inserted into a decapitated fish from the head side to separate meat and bones, whereupon the spinal bone is held between the spatulas and then pulled out together with small bones. A boned fish processed food producing device comprising a fish supporting device for supporting a decapitated fish with the head side of the decapitated fish opposed to a pair of spatulas projecting from a support holder, the support holder supporting the pair of spatulas for axial movement, and a spatula driving device for mutually independently moving the pair of spatulas into and away from the fish.
