The invention relates to an intervertebral implant comprising a wedge (10) provided with two opposite grooves (12, 14) through which the longitudinal axis (A) of said wedge (10) passes, said wedge (10) having two side walls at least one fixing link (16) wherein the first end (20) of said fixing link (16) can be joined to the wedge (10), the second end (28) of said link being free.
