A rubber-like elastic part held between two members opposed to each other without using adhesive agent, wherein an adhesion member specifying structure is provided so that, when the two members are separated from each other, the rubber-like elastic part can always be separated from one member and can be adhered to the other member, and the adhesion member specifying structure is desirably be provided by forming the contact surface of the rubber-like elastic part against one member smaller than that thereof against the other member, providing a surface treated part treated by satin finishing on the contact surface thereof against one member of the rubber-like elastic part, or providing a projected spring part elastically pressed against one member to develop a spring effect, whereby since it can be specified beforehand which of these two members the rubber-like elastic part adheres to, a workability for re-work operation can be increased.
