The invention concerns a method wherein, at the sales department, is provided, on a user-friendly, interactive and dynamic interface, a catalogue grouping financial products or a plurality of financial products for sale, each product or plurality of products being associated with parameterable tariff and/or subscription rules. A real time dialogue is established between the client and the sales department at the end of which the client service selects a product or set of products from the catalogue on said graphic interface corresponding to the client's requirements. After selection, a sales contract is elaborated in real time for said product or set of products thus selected and the conditions of the sales contract are calculated by means of the corresponding tariff and/or subscription rules derived from the catalogue.
