Loom for producing leno fabrics

The loom, to weave leno fabrics, has a leno unit with leno components (5,5,7,7,8,8) to move the warps and form the shed. A cleaning unit has a number of jets to detach and remove dirt and debris from the leno warp manipulators and the shed area. Two jets (10.1,10.2) deliver downward compressed air streams (16.1,16.2) through the shed, and one jet (11) delivers a horizontal compressed air stream (17) at the leno warp manipulators. The suction jet (13) is under the shed, to extract the air with any carried impurities, in a suction air flow (19).
