PURPOSE: A device and a method for offering the learning of a text string streaming method, and a computer-readable recording medium storing a program are provided to double the learning efficiency by adapting an image recognition speed to a high streaming speed as streaming the learning contents to a user fully knowing the learning contents in high speed. CONSTITUTION: A learning contents storing part(90a) stores the learning information displaying to a learner in a streaming method. A selection controller(80) selects the learning contents and the streaming speed. A display part(40) displays the selected learning contents in the streaming method at the selected speed. A video memory(30) stores the graphic data output to the display part. A virtual memory(60) temporarily stores the selected learning contents before displaying it in the streaming method. A controller(10) controls a process for outputting the selected learning contents read from the learning contents storing part to the display part by responding to the selected learning contents and the streaming speed, and processes and outputs the selected contents to the video memory after storing it in the virtual memory.
