A system and a method for providing online learning by using contents of a teaching material as a reference point, and a computer-readable recording medium storing a program thereof are provided to offer interaction among learner by using a number of each problem of a teaching material as a reference point, and offer effective online learning by enabling the learner to perform Q/A(Question/Answer) through the reference point. A learning providing server(250) uses a plurality of problems included in a teaching material as a reference point and provides information related to the problem based on the reference point. A web server(240) forms a webpage with the related information linked to the problem from the learning providing server and provides the webpage to the learner according to a request received from each member terminal(230) through the Internet(210). A database server(260) stores the information related to the problem by linking with each problem, and the reference point is a unique problem number formed by using a code for distinguishing the problem. A publisher server(220) shares contents of the teaching material with the database server by connecting to the web server through the Internet.
