PURPOSE: A method for setting a data link region of an SS7(Signaling System No.7) in an RTOS(Real-Time Operating System) is provided to process the work by a synchronization and communication between tasks having the respective priorities. CONSTITUTION: A message transmission unit(MTP) level 2(10) includes a Receive_Task. A receiving task(Receive_Task) receives a message received from an opponent station and transmits the message to the MTP level 3 when the message is a message signal(MSU). A filling signal task(FISU_Task) transmits a filling signal message to the opponent station when there is no the MSU to be transmitted. A link state task(LSSU_Task) transmits a link state message showing a link state information to the opponent station. A transmission task(Transmit_Task) receives the message received from the MTP level 3 and transmits the message to the opponent station when the message is an MSU. An event task(Event_Task) distributes events received from the receiving task(Receive_Task) and transmission task(Transmit_Task) to each module for generating a state transition of the module and performs a control of a synchronization in order to operate exclusively the transmission task(Transmit_Task), filling signal task(FISU_Task) and link state task(LSSU_Task).
